About Christina (Chris) Phillips

As a Metro-Detroit REALTOR, Chris Phillips directs her focus on providing full service Real Estate solutions for maximum results. She has spent the last 19 years specializing in new construction, residential and commercial real estate sales and marketing previously in Breckenridge, Denver and currently in SE Michigan.

She continually provides Buyer, Seller, Renter, Investor and Builder Clients top notch service utilizing her past knowledge and expertise in managing multiple projects and tailoring her work to the specific needs of each of her Clients. She’s generous with her time and her high level of professionalism is beneficial to assist with negotiating, getting the desired result of purchasing or selling a property and working with all of the other parties involved including mortgage, inspectors, appraisers, title and contractors. She’s worked with Clients from around the country as well as International.

After graduating from the University of Michigan, she had the opportunity to move to Colorado in the mid-‘90s where she worked in hotel and fractional ownership sales and marketing. This ultimately led to her working on a two-person Sales Associate team which successfully sold-out the highest priced point luxury resort in Breckenridge’s history.

Moving home to Michigan 13 years ago, hasn’t stopped her from her desire to serve Clients by continuing her journey to navigate our varying property types, diverse cities and changing markets. She’s also devoted her time to learning specifics of the title industry, and how crucial it is, not only to the closing but the transaction itself. In addition, she’s become well versed in assisting Clients who need dedicated and respectful help sorting and organizing contents of family homes before or after listing by providing Estate Sale coordination and staging.
